Change of mind
You may return an unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Faulty products
If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it is supposed to do, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. We pay return postage on faulty items.
How to return
Contact us with your order number. We will issue a return authorisation and instructions.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of us receiving the return.
